One-on-one and private group classes are designed for personal attention and convenience. I tailor my teaching to the individual needs and goals of the participant(s), creating sequences and providing hands-on support that will help you get the most of out of your practice.
The teacher training process yields profound changes in perspective and increased self-awareness, both on and off the mat. It enriches one’s appreciation of how each individual can express their unique, dynamic involvement in the evolution of this living tradition. I am dedicated to supporting deep and continuous learning, and proud to be involved in Teacher Training. I believe in providing a solid foundation in yoga history, philosophy, anatomy, asana and meditation. I am also committed to helping my students to develop confident, clear and responsive teaching skills and a deep respect for service to others. I am pleased to be directing the 200-hour Teacher Training Programs at INYE Yoga in Oakville, ON (September, 2019-June 2020), and Kula Annex in Toronto (January-June, 2020 - dates and faculty TBA).
Workshops provide the opportunity to delve deeper into a specific idea, issue or pose. Students can take the time to explore their bodies, emotions and thoughts. You can broaden and deepen your experience, making stronger strides towards true understanding of yourself and the benefits of the path you have chosen.
